MindMeister - Avoid Mindmaster.. all hype, dont waste your money
The software worked for about a week and due to some unknown reason would no longer work. When I contacted them they sent me a link to the free 5 day trial.I complained I'd paid and wanted them to resend as I couldn't use it. they resent, then same happened. They havent bothered replying since, despite me contacting them. Their customer service is terrible and their product is basic and doesn't work properly and there's little evidence that its that effective even when it works which it doesn't do properly. They are just decent marketers of a bad product and have no care about you once they have your money. Avoid them, they're all hype and hot air. Its not just me, many, many others have had this experience but because its not huge money most just let it go and move on with their lives writing off the fact theyve been ripped of by this cowboy company. Avoid, and seek alternatives or you'll be disappointed, I guarantee it!

The guy below who could wanted a free key had purchased the product two years ago in 2010. Our response to him was as follows: Please understand our software comes with a one year guarantee, and your purchase is from 2010. Plus we have upgraded the software, and now offer some free gifts. To be fair I can give you half off the price below. After you purchase please send me your transaction id and I will credit you half the amount. Please understand we are not trying to take advanage of you: we have our costs and don't make anything on half off.

MindMeister - Awful customer service experience
Purchased the software over a year ago at full price. Recently had to reinstall Windows. Couldn't reinstall the software as it rejected the authentication key I was given at purchase. Contacted support to be told it was beyond the 1 year guarantee and told to repurchase. Very rude and abrupt customer support. Told, "this was the download agreement YOU agreed to". No such download agreement or guarantee or any form of terms on the site, inc. checkout and download pages, to be found. Requested copy of agreement as also not provided and received nothing back but the following: "My decision here is final. We back the program for one year. It takes time to generate keys and I am not going to provide you customer service for the rest of my life to you for free." Absolute shambles of an operation. Extremely rude customer service. The product is very basic too. Find a free version or purchase from someone else!
MindMeister - Great Product, Great Reviews, Great Service
I am very pleased with the program. Sure there are a couple of negative comments, however there will always be one or two complainers. I like to look at the glass as half full rather than half empty: The MindMaster program has over 21,000 positive comments on facebook from satisfied users and an A-rating with the BBB. Plus I have personally used the program and LOVE it. Also if you look at their vidoes on YouTube you will find well over a million views and thousands of additional comments from satisfied users, as well as thosuands of likes.
